When I click to download
a file it opens in my browser?
If you click on a link for a PDF, Audio
or Image file, your browser may try and display
the file rather than save it, depending on
your computer's settings.
In order to save it 'right-click' on the
link and choose the 'save as' command.
What software do I need to edit
the stationary templates?
The editable templates are available in
2 formats: doc/xls and odt/ods. If you already
have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel or compatible
applications) installed on your computer
then use the doc
files. Otherwise we suggest that you download
the free OpenOffice package and then download
and use the odt/ods files. How do I open PDF files and the newsletter?
PDF files are non-editable and can be
viewed in your browser, or by downloading
the free Acrobat
Reader software. How do I play the audio files on the trainings
page?
All the audio files are in MP3 format.
If you have an iPod or MP3 player you
can download them and transfer them so
you can listen while retailing or flyering.
Most modern computers can also play MP3
files. It is also possible to burn them
to CD - if you need help with this please
email us. Can I upload book reviews and photos to
the site?
You can't upload reviews or photos
direct to the site but please do send
them via email, this site is for YOU
and we need your input to help make
it great! Can I add/edit my testimonial?
Please send your story/testimonials
via email and if possible include
a photo and the value of your highest
cheque to date. I've got a great idea for the site/team
